Points & Steps to be followed while booking and attending the Virtual Customer Helpdesk:

  • For the meeting you should have either a Smart Phone / Tablet, Computer or a Laptop.
  • Kindly installed the "Zoom Application" on your devices.
  • Check your internet and network connectivity for the Zoom meeting.
  • After booking an appointment,you will get the appointment booking acknowledgement through SMS.
  • You will get the SMS/WhatsApp along with the meeting link.
  • Click the meeting link mentioned in the SMS/WhatsApp at the time of scheduled appointment.
