In alignment with the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) Guidelines for the establishment of the Forum and the Ombudsman for Redressal of Grievances of Electricity Consumers, 2024, the BYPL ICGRC is committed to providing a transparent, efficient, and complainant centric grievance resolution process.
Our primary mission is to ensure that every complainant's concern is heard and resolved in a timely and fair manner. We operate under a structured framework designed to facilitate prompt resolution of issues related to electricity supply, billing,metering ,new connection and other services etc.
